I had been to Dadra and Nagar Haveli in the month of April 2016. Silvassa is the capital of Dadra and Nagar Haveli which is a union. Nagar Haveli is nestled between Maharashtra and Gujarat whereas Dadra is located few kilometers away from Nagar Haveli in Gujarat. The must-visit attractions around Dadra and Nagar Haveli include the Satyamali deer park, Vanganga lake, Tribal cultural museum and the Roman Catholic church. The Satyamali deer park hosts a lot of deer and other animal species. The Vanganga Lake is located around 5 kilometers from Silvassa and is a beautiful lake garden. The tribal cultural museum has an exciting display of collections relating to masks, musical instruments, life-size statues and fishing equipments.
