If the group of clients is more than five adults, an additional charter can be arranged. An additional sixth person may be accommodated, subject to certain conditions.
The private charter plane can accommodate up to a maximum of five passengers in one charter.
While the price of the package remains the same as stated above, per-person costs are reduced proportionately if there are more than five passengers on the charter plane.
A maximum of two charters can be accommodated per day; however, for a group larger than 10 passengers, additional charters can be arranged.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The mentioned flight shall depend upon weather, wind, fog, and visibility conditions, and flight schedules are subject to change or diversion due to weather conditions, flight safety, and operational restrictions.
Confirmation of the flight is subject to availability, and booking can be confirmed after the receipt of a 100% advance payment. Passengers are allowed 5 kg of baggage, and the average weight per person is assumed to be 75 kg.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

40% of the amount is to be paid for booking confirmation and the balance 20 days before departure.
In the case of foreign nationals, a minimum of 15 days of advance confirmation and a copy of documents like a passport, visa, and ID card are required.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

20% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled at any time after the aircraft is blocked until 7 days after the scheduled departure.
50% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 4 days of the scheduled departure.
100% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled departure.
